The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days after receipt of the order. In exceptional cases, such as during peak season or special promotions, the delivery time may be a little longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at support@kobane-wein.com We do not provide you with a return label. Please note that the cost of returning the goods will be paid by you unless the goods were damaged or mistaken, in this case we will cover the return shipping costs.
